FAQ
Q. How can I register?
A. Please register through an event administration service system called Peatix.
If you don't have a Peatix account yet, the Peatix account will be created during registration. Please go ahead and fill out your name, email address and password for Peatix.
Q. What payment method is available?
A. Credit Card, convenience store payment and wire-transfer are available.
Q: Are there any discounts (Early-bird, etc.)?
A: No. There are no discounts for anyone. However, there is the B3 Campaign. That Campaign allows you to get your entire conference price back if you get more First Timers than anyone.
Q. Can I cancel?
A. We don't accept cancellation. However, in case of very special and unavoidable circumstances, your cancellation may be acceptable. If this is the case, please contact us immediately.
Q. Can I register other members altogether?
A. No. Please register each by each, person by person for precise member identification purpose. This facilitates generation of name card later.
Q. Can I register as a group?
A. No. Please register each by each, person by person for precise member identification purposes.

Registration procedure
Clicking the “Registration” button on the top will bring you to the [Peatix] page (outside of the Conference Website). Registration for the conference will be made through that site.
① Go to the registration page
② Click the orange “GET TICKET” button at the right bottom of the page.
③ Enter “1” in the box for each event you would like to participate in. After entry, click the green “Next: Login” button.
④ Select the payment method. It is either credit card, Paypal, convenience store and ATM. After selecting it, click the green “Next: Login” button.

Log in to Peatix via an account you have used in the past.
[If this is the first time for you to use Peatix]
It is necessary to create a Peatix account. Enter your full name and e-mail address, set a password of your own choice, and then click on “Register.”
⑥ Enter the necessary information. If you are registering on behalf of someone else, enter the information of that participant in this screen.
⑦If you selected to make a payment via a credit card, enter the necessary information including your card number.
* This screen will not appear if you selected to make payment via a convenience store or ATM.
* If you selected to make a payment via PayPal, you will automatically move to the “PayPal” page.
⑧If this screen appears, registration is done. (You will not need to present the ticket on your smart phone at the reception counter on the Conference day.)
